Senior FinOps Financial Analyst

- Senior FinOps Financial Analyst## About the Role This is a contingent, full-time remote role in the United States supporting the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. The expected award window is May/June 2026, with a planned start in June/July 2026.The position supports cloud foundations for the Judiciary through cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation work. A key focus is helping develop and mature FinOps capabilities across the cloud environment, with an emphasis on better cost control, financial transparency, and accountability.The role includes occasional travel to Washington, DC, up to 10% of the time. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.## Key Responsibilities – Support the Judiciary’s developing Cloud FinOps function. – Help establish and mature financial operations practices across all four authorized cloud service providers. – Design processes for cloud cost management, optimization, forecasting, and accountability. – Build financial models aligned to program consumption patterns. – Partner with stakeholders to improve financial transparency and cloud cost efficiency.## Required Skills – Bachelor’s degree. – 10 years of professional experience. – Experience with Cloud FinOps across multiple cloud providers. – Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.## Preferred Skills – Cloud FinOps certification.## Cloud Platforms & Technologies – \*\*Cloud Providers:\*\* All four authorized Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) – \*\*FinOps:\*\* Cloud FinOps## FinOps Responsibilities – Establish and mature cloud financial operations practices. – Improve cloud cost management, optimization, forecasting, and accountability. – Develop consumption-based financial models. – Increase financial transparency in cloud environments. – Work with stakeholders to drive cloud cost efficiency.## Why You Might Be Interested This role offers the chance to support cloud financial operations for the Judiciary in a multi-cloud environment.
