Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our multi store operations with enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and sales transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and and cashiering procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
• Coordinate shift schedules, manage accounts receivables and inventory and oversee store cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail environments with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting talent, and conducting training & development sessions
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively but not required
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, purchasing processes, inventory, accounts receivables, cash handling, and retail math calculations
• Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks
