Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with special education processes, IEP development, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
- Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans
- Assist with crisis intervention and positive behavioral supports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and well-being
- Contribute to prevention and early intervention services within the school community
