Our plants are hand-grown in carefully controlled environments designed to minimize unwanted chemicals and pests, keeping the cultivation process as natural as possible every step of the way.To learn more about Trulieve and our mission, please visit ResponsibilitiesResponsible for weighing, assembling, packaging and labeling various forms of cannabisOperate equipment as needed and dictated by the processAdherence manufacturing processesMaintain accurate daily activities records and operation logs as directedContinuously place importance in the organizational goals and visions in relation to: Safety and security of employees and product Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county and state as required to ensure security of the operating license Quality of product and packaging On-time delivery and customer service Process PerformanceParticipate in ongoing education and professional development opportunitiesAdditional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadershipQualificationsProduction experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desiredGood interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a teamDetail orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires itExcellent communication skillsMust be able to handle constructive criticism and guidanceMust have reliable transportationAdditional Minimum QualificationsMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screeningMust have valid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsMust be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistanceMust be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasksMust be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditionsMust be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)Environmental Requirements and Exposure, depending on work location.
