Warehouse Associate

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift / 1er Turno, Fridays and some Saturdays, weekend projects only

About the Role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the distribution and transportation of office printers and medical equipment on lease. This role involves physically loading and unloading devices, operating rollers, and performing manual handling tasks within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a strong, dependable individual comfortable with physically demanding work and has experience in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload office printers and medical equipment using rollers and manual handling tools
• Push and pull devices on and off trucks in a warehouse setting
• Assist with the distribution of leased equipment to designated locations
• Operate warehouse equipment for the movement of heavy devices
• Follow safety procedures during loading and unloading activities
• Keep the work area organized and report any equipment or safety issues
• Support the warehouse team with general labor duties as needed
• Participate in project-based work on weekends, specifically Fridays and some Saturdays
• Use manual lifting techniques to handle equipment weighing up to 40 lbs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in general warehouse or manual labor roles
• Ability to load and unload equipment physically
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including use of rollers or carts
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs comfortably
• Able to work on Fridays and some Saturdays for weekend projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with distribution of office or medical equipment
• Experience using warehouse tools, rollers, or carts for equipment handling

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This position involves physically demanding tasks including manual handling, pushing, and pulling equipment in a warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a setting with exposure to limited noise and movement, using basic warehouse tools, and handling equipment weighing up to 40 lbs with strength and stamina.
