¡Olshan Foundation Repair está buscando actualmente un Líder de Equipo de Construcción para unirse a nuestro equipo! Liderarás un equipo de construcción de 4 a 6 empleados.
¡Olshan Foundation Repair existe desde 1933! Somos los principales expertos en reparación de fundación y nos encanta ayudar a las familias con las necesidades de reparación de los Fundación de sus hogares. Tenemos una cultura basada en la dedicación, la familia, la integridad y la mejora continua.
Responsabilidades del Supervisor de Equipo de Construcción:
- Supervisar de 4 a 6 miembros del equipo, delegar, capacitar y garantizar la seguridad
- Asegurar que todo el trabajo de reparación de cimientos se realice de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y de la industria
- Administración del sitio de trabajo: examinar e inspeccionar el progreso del trabajo
- Operar de manera segura el equipo de la empresa
- Mantener un sitio de trabajo limpio y Seguro
Requisitos:
- Bilingüe (ingles) requerido
- Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo o supervisión en construcción
- Experiencia previa en reparación de cimientos es un plus
- Servicio al cliente
- Debe poder levantar 50 libras, agacharse y inclinarse
- Debe estar cómodo trabajando al aire libre y caminando sobre terrenos irregulars
- Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida con un historial de manejo favorable
- Debe aprobar una prueba de drogas y verificación de antecedentes antes del Empleo
