Locum Hematologist/Oncologist Physician (Physician )

Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one week per month transitioning to full-time.
Patient Load: Maximum of 17 patients per shift.
Call Coverage: Weekend call coverage is required, along with shared weekday call responsibilities.
Appointment Structure: One hour for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups.
Responsibilities: Includes emergency department consultations and opportunities for clinical trials.
Care Requirements: Inpatient and outpatient care is necessary.
Supervision: Required to oversee Advanced Practice Providers, with no supervision of residents or teaching obligations.
