Administrative Support Associate

Our client is seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join their team. As an Administrative Support Associate, you will be part of the team supporting category/department goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, confidence working with data and spreadsheets, and the drive to keep projects moving with clear follow-through.

Job Title: Administrative Support Associate

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $24 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Provide clerical and administrative support that helps the team and category/department meet day-to-day goals.
• Support reporting by exporting and pulling commodity/product information from systems, then organizing it for review.
• Perform ad proofing and accuracy checks to ensure information is correct and ready for next steps.
• Assist with data entry and systems entry, including saving, adding columns, and exporting spreadsheets to support analysis.
• Coordinate routine communication and follow-ups, resolve basic operational issues (such as data discrepancies), and escalate when needed.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when reviewing data and proofing ads.
• Comfort working with analytical workflows and generating basic reports from multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (typically 2–5 people) supporting different divisions.
