The Washington Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Recruiting & HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team with recruiting, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and general HR administrative responsibilities.

The role focuses on recruiting and candidate engagement, with duties including posting ads, screening resumes, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. Office-based with flexible hours.
