Laboratory Specimen Collector
Serves the needs of inpatients, outpatients, associates, and physicians through the accurate, timely and courteous collection of laboratory specimens and completion of other related laboratory duties, in a professional and competent manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Accuracy
- Properly Identifies Patient/QA/QC
- Adheres to all regulatory agency guidelines
- Oversees workload, outstanding specimen reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Problem resolution
- Productivity

Education and Experience Required:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at minimum attended a phlebotomy training program or post medical training.
- One year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
