Our agency opened in 2008 and is a small, close-knit team of two who take pride in providing professional, personal service to every customer. With a degree in Finance and Marketing and a background in sales, I bring both industry knowledge and a people-focused approach to the way we serve our community.

I’m a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, married, and the proud parent of adult sons. Family plays a big role in my life, and that same family-first mindset is reflected in the way our agency operates. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Nikki Shah - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
