Supervisor – COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

Luminous Services is Hiring an Area Manager!

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Area Manager to help support our growing commercial and residential cleaning teams.

This is not a desk position. Our Area Manager needs to be someone who is willing to jump in, work alongside the team, solve problems on the spot, and make sure our crews have what they need to be successful.

• Load and prepare company vans with supplies, chemicals, equipment, and linens needed for the day's jobs
• Unload and reset vans after shifts and ensure equipment and supplies are returned to the proper locations
• Help launch new commercial accounts and residential cleans , including preparing supplies, walking teams through expectations, and working alongside staff during initial cleans
• Train new Cleaning Technicians in both commercial and residential cleaning
• Work alongside Cleaning Technicians when additional help, training, or support is needed
• Help coordinate and find teams for on-the-spot or last-minute cleaning jobs
• Assist with daytime shift coverage when needed
• Help ensure teams arrive prepared with the correct supplies, equipment, and information
• Support Cleaning Technicians in the field and help troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Reinforce company cleaning standards, procedures, safety requirements, and client expectations
• Communicate staffing, supply, quality, or scheduling concerns to leadership
• Help ensure new accounts get off to a strong start and our clients receive consistent, high-quality service

• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told every next step

Enjoys being busy, likes working with people, and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. You will be a key part of keeping our teams organized, supported, trained, and ready to provide excellent service.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in with the team, and help get the job done.
