Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy technician position is available in Norristown, PA, focused on sterile compounding within a contract role lasting 8+ weeks. This opportunity involves working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting pharmacy operations with a strong emphasis on sterile drug preparation.
Qualifications:
Active and clear Pennsylvania pharmacy technician license
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in sterile compounding
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with pharmacy inventory processes and order entry
Location:
Norristown, PA
Responsibilities:
Entering prescription orders accurately and efficiently
Managing inventory to maintain adequate stock of sterile products
Coordinating nurse visits to ensure timely medication preparation and delivery
Preparing sterile compounded medications following all protocols and safety standards
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with sterile compounding expertise seeking a contract assignment in a structured Monday to Friday schedule.
