We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills and great attention to detail. Experience in the trucking industry, especially with open deck freight, is a plus but isn't required if you are willing to learn. This is an in-person position in a small office. Remote workers will not be considered. We are looking for a long-term candidate.

Job Tasks:

• Do daily check ins with trucking customers
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Invoicing, filling out set ups, and adding clients to the data base
• Other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Dependability
• Competent with computers
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in the trucking industry is ideal but not required
• Able to pass a drug test for all federally regulated substances (including Marijuana)
• Basic problem solving and reasoning skills

We are a small, family focused company based out of Roundup, Montana specializing in Oversize/Overweight freight. Over the years, we have expanded to include oversize permitting as well. We pride ourselves in giving professional, personalized service to all our clients.

We get a lot of funny remarks about the name "Lazy RT." We came up with our business name from the livestock brand we have registered with the state of Montana. We have a small ranch complete with some cows and horses and that rural, Montana background is reflected in our rather memorable business name.
