AO Globe Life is hiring Insurance Customer Advocates to work remotely with clients and help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. This is more than a traditional customer service role. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, educate clients, develop professional sales skills, and earn based on your performance. Work with warm leads provided by the company

Schedule virtual appointments with prospective clients

Conduct client needs reviews

Explain insurance coverage in a clear, respectful manner

Follow up with clients and answer questions

Important Information About This Opportunity This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
