Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Transactional Tax for its Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in law‑firm settings, focusing on transactional tax matters, including domestic and cross‑border M&A, partnership tax, private equity fund formation, capital markets, and financings. Duties Advise on complex tax issues for multinational corporations and financial institutions. Develop innovative tax structures for a diverse client base. Collaborate with global tax teams on cross‑border transactions. Provide strategic tax planning and compliance advice. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in transactional tax matters. Proven expertise in domestic and cross‑border M&A. Experience with partnership tax and private equity fund formation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
