Cocktail Server

- Job Summary
Greet members and guests and take drink orders to be made by the bartenders. Assist with set up and cleaning of bar area and lounge.
- Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities) Not limited to the below.
- Request drink orders from members and guests and deliver drinks as requested.
- Clean bar area and bar lounge: Sweep floor, clean tables, clean windows, and benches.
- Stock supplies: Napkins, stirrers, straws, etc.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
- Process mint.
- Maintains neat and professional appearance and always observes personal Hygiene.
- When finished with interior bar area, assists table porters with outside clean up.
- Assists with other duties as instructed by the Bar Manager.

Bar Manager; Assistant Manager
- Supervises
No supervisory duties are included in this position.
