Cocktail Server

Job Summary

Greet members and guests and take drink orders to be made by the bartenders. Assist with set up and cleaning of bar area and lounge.

Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities) Not limited to the below.

Request drink orders from members and guests and deliver drinks as requested.
Clean bar area and bar lounge: Sweep floor, clean tables, clean windows, and benches.
Stock supplies: Napkins, stirrers, straws, etc.
Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
Process mint.
Maintains neat and professional appearance and always observes personal Hygiene.
When finished with interior bar area, assists table porters with outside clean up.
Assists with other duties as instructed by the Bar Manager.

Bar Manager; Assistant Manager

Supervises

No supervisory duties are included in this position.
