Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Assist in various surgical procedures, including Appys, Choles, Spine fusion, Total Joints, Cranis, Mastectomies, and DIEP Flaps.
• Ensure the operating room is properly prepared for surgeries.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician

• Certified Surgical Technician certification is mandatory.
• Experience in Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Robotics, Plastics, and General Specialties.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of travel experience.
