As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including couples, families, and individuals facing relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. You will provide essential support to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, ensuring a respectful and inclusive approach that honors each client's background and context.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. \n
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and counseling skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients of all backgrounds. \n
- Experience in developing and implementing psychosocial treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. \n

- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in providing therapy services. \n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
