Job Overview We are seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to improve how patients interact with healthcare systems, digital platforms, and clinical services. In this role, you will focus on enhancing patient communication, improving digital engagement strategies, and ensuring patients can easily access and use healthcare SaaS platforms, patient portals, and telemedicine systems. You will work closely with product teams, support teams, clinicians, and engineers to create a seamless and supportive patient experience across all digital health products. Key Responsibilities Improve patient communication strategies across digital healthcare platforms. Support patient onboarding for portals, apps, and telemedicine systems. Ensure patients understand and effectively use healthcare digital tools. Handle patient feedback to improve engagement workflows. Digital Health Experience Optimization Enhance patient experience across healthcare SaaS platforms. Improve usability and adoption of patient portals and mobile health apps. Identify friction points in patient journeys and recommend improvements. Support patient retention and engagement strategies. Healthcare Technology Collaboration Work with product and engineering teams to improve engagement features. Support development of patient-facing features in healthcare SaaS systems. Provide insights into patient behavior and engagement trends. Assist in testing and improving user experience in healthcare applications. Workflow & Care Coordination Coordinate between clinical teams and patients for better communication flow. Support scheduling, reminders, and follow-up engagement workflows. Ensure smooth interaction between patients and healthcare systems. Healthcare Technology Areas You Will Work With Guide patient onboarding, account setups, and profile configuration features for digital care platforms. Optimize communications, results release messages, and direct doctor interaction channels. Support virtual waiting rooms, camera test routines, and schedule reminder automation setups. Design and implement targeted communication campaigns using custom patient queues. Manage bulk outreach flows incorporating secure chat, email templates, and automated SMS fallback systems. Care coordination platforms Track patient actions and coordinate follow-up schedules directly in EHR queues. Experience in patient support, healthcare communication, or care outreach coordinator roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong adaptability with digital tools and healthcare communication platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience in US healthcare environments or healthcare SaaS companies. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards. Exposure to telemedicine or digital health portals. Understanding of healthcare UI/UX layout and patient journey optimization.
