Senior Electrical Estimator

Permanent Senior Electrical Estimator Location: Hybrid/Remote. Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Review and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints to understand scope, determining cost, materials and labor. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for EHV transmission line projects, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather detailed project information. Analyze suppliers and contractors to secure cost‑effective deals. Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and presentations, and to track and manage project costs. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, specifically in the construction industry. Proven experience with EHV transmission lines, electrical transmission, and transmission line construction. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
