Territory Manager, Spark Clear Aligners (Washington/Oregon/Alaska/Idaho)

Job Overview The Territory Manager is responsible for driving Spark Clear Aligner sales and new customer acquisition within a specific customer segment. They will develop business plans and territory specific tactics to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and maintain relationships at each account. The role works closely with field‑based Spark‑focused teams to ensure seamless and productive onboarding of new accounts and supports rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. Responsibilities Close, expand, and retain Spark business within each assigned account Meet and/or exceed assigned quotas and goals Utilise strategic selling skills and a collaborative approach to build relationships and understand customer’s business goals and needs Educate and influence customers and clinical staff about the unique value and benefit of the Spark product line Learn and understand customer’s clinical practices, patient treatment philosophy, and care philosophy, linking ways Spark products can address their needs Complete territory analysis and planning on a regular basis to prioritise best business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding timelines and plans for new customers, ensuring best‑in‑class customer experience In partnership with internal teams monitor product utilisation to ensure Spark product conversions are successfully implemented and customer expectations are exceeded Understand and support the company’s sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance standards are maintained Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience managing an outside sales territory Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university Strong command of selling skills and a track record of success in influencing customers to adopt new product solutions Strong effective oral and written communication skills and ability to influence Proficiency in sales tools, collateral, and marketing materials to position solutions and close sales Time‑management and prioritisation skills Strong problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience MBA Medical device sales experience Orthodontic industry experience Benefits & Compensation Target Market Salary Range: $73,600 - $90,000. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) match, and other applicable plans. Laptop, iPad, company phone and car allowance provided. All business expenses reimbursed. Eligible for incentive trip and other company‑sponsored promotional activities. Geographic Territory: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho. Overnight travel: 30%.
