A Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with The Village: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our community. Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices. Orienting, training and supervision of team members. Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions. Participatein surveysand inspections by various governmentagencies and more!
