Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, helping drive execution across all facets of the business. This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, customer success, sales, marketing, fundraising, and corporate administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Operations & Strategic Execution

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage executive communications, meetings, and correspondence to drive action-oriented outcomes and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, board meetings, investor updates, and company-wide communications.
  • Document key decisions, action items, and deliverables while ensuring timely follow-through across the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives critical to the growth of the business.

Business Operations

  • Assist with day-to-day company operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and professionalism.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Coordinate operational activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage business correspondence, reports, presentations, contracts, proposals, and other corporate documents.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Support fundraising efforts, including preparation of investor materials, due diligence requests, data rooms, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in the development of board materials, investor presentations, and strategic business updates.
  • Track investor outreach, engagement, and key milestones throughout financing processes.

Sales & Customer Success

  • Support business development and sales activities by preparing customer-facing materials, presentations, proposals, and meeting summaries.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and implementation activities to ensure successful program launches.
  • Work directly with healthcare providers, health systems, and strategic partners to support customer success initiatives.
  • Help coordinate customer support activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Track customer deliverables and implementation milestones across active accounts.

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and design compelling presentations, pitch decks, teasers, and other visual communications that clearly articulate the Company's value proposition.
  • Translate complex clinical, technical, and business concepts into concise, visually engaging presentations, charts, graphs, and graphics.
  • Manage and oversee the Company website, digital presence, and social media channels.
  • Support marketing campaigns, conference preparation, public relations initiatives, and thought leadership efforts.
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging and corporate communications across all channels.

Board & Corporate Communications

  • Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings and executive presentations.
  • Create executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting key business metrics and milestones.
  • Support communication between leadership, board members, investors, customers, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-8 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, healthcare technology, venture-backed startups, operations, strategy, investment banking, project management, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and business productivity tools.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive-level communications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple functional teams.
