Vero Sales is hiring door to door sales representatives to sell fiber internet in active build markets. No experience required. Two weeks of hands-on field training. 1099, commission only.

What it pays

• First 14 days: $75 per qualified sale while you train in the field
• After that: $200+ per qualified sale, depending on the provider and campaign
• No hourly, no salary, no cap

Commission is paid on verified installs and checked against the internet provider's own pay files, which is the same source that pays us. No screenshot disputes, no inflated counts. You see the numbers we see.

Earnings depend on your sales, installs, and cancellations. Nothing is guaranteed. Full rates, payment schedule, and any chargeback terms are walked through before you sign anything, not after.

Where you'd work

Active markets right now are Minnesota, Alabama, New Jersey, Texas, Idaho, and Utah, plus blitz events that move.

This is a travel role. Expect multiple weeks per month away from home. If that doesn't fit your life, this isn't the right job, and it's better to know that now than three weeks in.

What you'd do

• Work assigned neighborhoods in active fiber markets
• Talk with homeowners face to face about the internet they have now
• Check whether their address is eligible
• Walk qualified customers through signup
• Submit accurate sale information
• Show up for training and ongoing field coaching

Why fiber is an easier door than solar or pest control

Internet is not an upgrade, it's a utility. In most of our markets the install is free and there's no contract. That removes most of the logical reasons a homeowner says no, so the conversation starts warmer than what you may have run before.

Providers vary by market and campaign and may include Verizon, AT&T, Frontier, Brightspeed, T-Mobile Fiber, Kinetic, Gateway Fiber, Astound, Sparklight, Lyte Fiber, Clearnetworx, and DIRECTV Stream.

Elite Training

Fourteen days with Mitch, our President of Sales. Field work from day one, not a classroom. You'll learn the offer, the pitch, how to open a conversation, how to handle objections, and how to stay professional after a no.

We evaluate effort, attendance, honesty with customers, and whether you get better day to day. We'll teach the sales skills. The consistency comes from you.

The Vero 200

A sales contest running now through January 1:

• $500 at 25 verified installs
• Round trip flight, hotel, and UFC fight tickets in Las Vegas at 200 verified installs
• Top three finishers take an additional $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000

Two hundred sounds like a wall until you do the math. It's about 12 installs a week. There's also a path to qualify for the trip by building and training new reps, and we'll walk you through how that works on the call.

What you need

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Working smartphone
• 30+ hours per week
• Able to travel to active markets for multiple weeks per month
• Comfortable working outdoors and starting conversations with strangers
• Available some afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays

Background in retail, restaurants, customer service, athletics, canvassing, roofing, solar, pest control, telecom, alarms, or fundraising helps. None of it is required.
