SAP HANA Technical Lead

To extract data from non-sap sources and load to HANA views for reporting. Day to day Job We need an experienced SAP HANA Technical Lead with strong experience with the native HANA modeling environment that can participate and drive business blue prints, requirements and other architectural discussions and activities. Resource should lead and drive the development activities. Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired), in the areas of Implementation, Modeling, Security & Authorization, Data Provisioning. Must have very strong demonstrated knowledge of SAP HANA SPS09/10 including good hands on working experience in HANA ModelingExperience in the full-life cycle of large and complex enterprise services with minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing SAP HANA solutionsHands on experience in using SAP BODS (Business Objects Data Services), SLT and SDA (Smart Data Access) to extract structured/unstructured data from different source systems into HANAStrong native HANA modeling skills with proven experience with complex modeling using scripts, etc.Proven Functional and Solutions designing experience across various SAP Modules like SAP SD, FI and CRM etc. is requiredAbility to facilitate and coordinate discussion and to manage expectations of multiple stakeholdersWork in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with offshore teams to ensure on-time quality deliverables.Proven track record in designing and delivering complex Reporting architecture solutions for global organizationsAbility to provide high level and detail estimatesAbility to create technical design document from the functional specification documentsExcellent troubleshooting and resolution skillsAbility to drive the HANA support process and ensure compliance of project standards and deliverablesAbility to write SQL Script views and stored proceduresUnderstanding of Hybrid architectureAbility to analyze performance bottlenecks (SQL Plans) and provide optimization techniquesExposure to Agile methodologyMUST HAVE Skills:2+ Years of experience in implementing SAP HANA solutions3+ Years of experience in BI/BWWe need a BO Design Studio Resource for Honeywell PMT ISC Dashboard Implementation Project.
