We are currently seeking a Staff to join our team. The Staff will provide outstanding service to our clients by delivering a variety of ongoing accounting services as well as customer support services. Responsibilities: Performs operational, accounting, and consulting activities that include customer service support and problem resolution, expense report audit, and ongoing reporting and analysis Prepares polished deliverables for clients; ensures timely client deliverablesWorks collaboratively with clients to understand current business practices, identify opportunities for improvement, assist in defining new processes, and assist in developing updated policies and proceduresSupports project start up activities, such as following project work plans, adhering to schedules, and attending kickoff meetingsReviews the work of self for accuracyServes as an integral member of our Business Consulting Services teamOccasionally travels to client locations, firm trainings, or industry conferencesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field requiredMinimum of 1 year of related experience preferredExperience in one or more of the following preferred: expense report audit, financial accounting including account reconciliation, customer service and customer issue resolution, and/or accounts payable processingStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide first-class customer service via multiple communication methods (email, phone, chat, helpdesk ticket system, etc.) Critical thinker and creative problem-solver; outstanding time, organization, and project management skillsAble to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently to meet project objectivesAble to work effectively both as part of a team and independentlyAble to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projectsProficient with Microsoft OfficeWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
