Emergency Room Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality service and support for patients in need of emergency services.Unit InformationNumber of Beds: 54Number of Staff: 125Day Shift Staffing: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 SittersNight Shift Staffing: 2 Charge Nurses, 8 RNs, 5 ParamedicsPatient Ratios: 4:1Electronic Medical Records: MeditechQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Required: Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Room experienceStrong prioritization and time management skillsPreferred: More than 2 years of Emergency Room experienceFamiliarity with Meditech EHRTypical ProceduresProviding comprehensive patient-centered careBest Candidate FitThe ideal candidate should be a team player, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication skills.Required CertificationsBLS (Basic Life Support)ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)Additional InformationWeekend Requirements: Rotating weekendsDress Code: Scrub color - Royal BlueClient Details Address 3301 Matlock Road State TX Zip Code 76015
