Responsibilities Provide Physical Therapist Assistant services in home health settings in assigned areas, on a part-time or per diem schedule as listed below. Locations Area 1: covering cities of Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City Area #3: covering the cities of San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Livermore Schedule Part-Time 32 (24 RVEs per week) benefits available OR Part-Time 24 (18 RVEs per week) OR Per Diem (6 RVEs per week). Non-traditional schedules are available, e.g., Thursday-Monday. 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability. Requirements One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required Reliable Transportation and auto insurance Valid California Driver License CPR/BLS Certification Desired Advanced computer system knowledge Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus Qualifications Education: Associate (Preferred). Experience: Home Health: 1 year (Preferred). License/Certification: CPR or BLS Certification (Required); Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required); Driver's License (Required).
