Growing together.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic People Analytics consultant to People Business Partners and business leaders, providing workforce insights that support business and talent decisionsPartner with stakeholders to translate business questions and workforce challenges into clearly defined analytics engagements and actionable recommendationsAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers related to turnover, employee listening, workforce planning, talent movement, and organizational effectivenessLead analytics engagements from problem definition through analysis, insight generation, recommendation development, and stakeholder adoptionDevelop and deliver executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications that translate complex analytics into clear business implications and recommended actionsBuild trusted relationships with People Business Partners and senior leaders to proactively identify workforce risks and opportunitiesPromote adoption of self-service reporting solutions and guide stakeholders to the most appropriate analytics resources and toolsPartner with other analytics and technical teams to ensure high-quality analyses, consistent methodologies, and actionable outcomesMaintain appropriate standards for data quality, privacy, confidentiality, and responsible use of employee informationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:7+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Consulting, or a related analytical consulting role7+ years of experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to solve complex business or workforce challenges through data and analyticsDemonstrated experience translating data into actionable insights, recommendations, and business outcomesAdvanced proficiency with Excel, visualization platforms, and AI-enabled analytical tools to accelerate insight generation and support data-driven decision-makingProven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience identifying trends, testing assumptions, and interpreting resultsProven excellent consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading end-to-end People Analytics consulting engagementsExperience with statistical analysis, predictive analytics, survey analytics, or workforce planning methodologiesHealthcare industry experience and knowledge of human capital metricsKnowledge of workforce planning, turnover analytics, employee listening, organizational effectiveness, or talent management*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
