Job Description

An established employer is seeking a Warehouse General Labor – Lumper to support its 2nd shift warehouse operation. In this hands-on role, you will stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. This position requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and flexibility to support changing operational demands. Candidates must be willing to work overtime as needed and meet required pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds accurately and safely.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety guidelines.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization using 5S practices.
• Adapt to changing operational needs while managing multiple assigned tasks.
• Complete additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the position start date.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Steel-toe footwear is required at the time of start.
• Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
• Must successfully complete required drug screening and background check.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members throughout the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to sudden changes in operational goals or demands.
• Detail- and results-oriented.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out simple oral or written instructions.

The base pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
