Key Requirements:
- Previous assembly experience and equipment testing experience required
- Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
- Own hand tools and experience using measuring tools.
- Ability to inspect parts for quality, dimensions, and accuracy.
- Ability to follow work orders, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, good attendance, and a safety-focused mindset.
- Willingness to assist with housekeeping and cross-train in other production areas.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and around chemicals.
- Must be available for overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Pre-employment requirements: Background check, drug screen, E-Verify, audiogram, physical, and visual acuity exam.
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, with 8-hour Saturdays as needed
