Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEP-based OT goals
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Compassionate and patient approach, tailored to each student’s needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess and document students’ progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
• Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to support IEP objectives
• Adapt therapeutic activities as needed to ensure student participation and success
• Contribute to meetings and case conferences as appropriate
