Physician Obstetrics & Gynecology - Competitive Salary

Overview:

• Employed by award winning, not for profit hospital
• 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
• Physician retention rates average 12 years
• Join a full staffed team of 5 OBGYNs and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Hospital averages 800-900 deliveries annually
• Level 1 nursery – No high risk or NICU
• 60 Percent OB, 40 percent GYN – Could be heaver GYN if incoming provider prefers
• 2 Davinci Robots
• Minimal Call – Laborist Support - Average 4 Call Days per month
• 4 day weeks

Compensation:

• 475,000 base salary plus bonus based on RVU production
• Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (max 50K, eligible upon earning base salary)
• 60K retention bonus (20K per year over 3 years)
• 75K sign on
• Hospital funded pension plan:
  • Hospital contributes $23,750 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
  • Hospital contributes $47,500 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
• Additional 403b with 4 percent match
• Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
• PTO: 33 days annually
• 1 Week CME with 6,000 allowance
