Additionally, your attention to detail will deliver a sandwich neatly and in a timely manner to all customers. Job Responsibilities: Fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer whether online, on the phone, or in person Accurate money and inventory controls - including running a Point-Of-Sale system Keeping a clean store - including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks Opening or Closing the location for the business day Ability to take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors. Tipped positions Frequent customer service bonuses Short in-person interview will be required. Pay is dependent upon experience. Initial training wage is reviewed at 30 and 60 days of employment. Expected hours: 20-40 per week Pay & Benefits $12-$14 per hour *tips included with tip rate of $2-$3/hour Immediate Raises & advancement available based on skills & knowledge.
