Program Manager

Your Challenge As a Program Manager you will be the principal point of contact to key military and commercial customers, showcasing technical program leadership within the Rugged Embedded Computing industry. You will manage multi‑million dollar budgets, schedules, and teams for rugged embedded computing and security processing development programs. Familiar with architecture and implementation of complex integrated systems for defense and aerospace; hardware development process; integration and test requirements and methodologies. Own schedule and cost management of programs: hold kick‑off meetings, establish baselines, track metrics, report to upper management. Lead multi‑disciplinary teams within a matrixed organization. Act as central authority in relationships with internal and external customers. Establish program status reporting and proactive contingency plans. Maintain written records of agreements/commitments. Actively pursue new business, coordinate proposal responses. Work with engineering and support to analyze proposals, lead source selections, negotiate, and monitor subcontract costs, schedules, and technical performance. What You Bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering (or equivalent). Program Management Professional (PgMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Minimum 7 years of related experience. Strong background in strategic planning, competitive assessments, and acquisition of multi‑million dollar contracts. Experience with defense and aerospace customer community and serving as principal point of contact. Management leadership of annual multi‑million dollar budget. Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Technical and program leadership experience in single board computer and integrated systems development. Experience with customer communications, negotiations, and proposal management. Ability to act independently and make decisions on administrative/operational issues. U.S. citizenship and able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance.
