Med-Surg Registered Nurse Opportunity

MLR is thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's esteemed healthcare team at a state-of-the-art facility near San Jose, California!

Key Responsibilities for Med-Surg RN:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations with varying medical conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and in compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, post-discharge care, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Med-Surg RN Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Med-Surg unit preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations in Med-Surg are encouraged to apply.
