Job Summary As an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on quality engineering to enhance software development and testing processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Responsibilities Implement quality standards in software development and testing processes Identify and resolve software defects to optimize performance and enhance user experience Conduct functional and compatibility testing to validate software reliability Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations Design and manage quality assurance processes to improve software quality Collaborate with teams to develop and execute test cases and protocols Apply quality assurance methodologies to evaluate and manage software testing Engage in post go-live support to address and resolve any emerging issues Leverage tools like Selenium for browser automation and software testing Build meaningful client connections and manage client expectations effectively What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart Designing and executing test strategies for AI-enabled applications, including functional testing, regression testing, data validation, model-output evaluation, bias checks, and prompt/LLM response testing Applying automation, test documentation, and risk-based testing practices to evaluate AI systems with probabilistic outputs and solution quality Utilizing Quality Assurance Engineering methodologies Excelling in Quality Assurance Process Design and Management Demonstrating proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Navigating complex client relationships with ease Anticipating team and client needs effectively Embracing change and ambiguity as growth opportunities Mentoring junior team members in quality standards Additional Requirements Travel Requirements: Up to 20% Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $72,000 - $184,440 (or $72,000 - $212,000 for residents of Washington state). Compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
