Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day and Night Shifts Available (3x12-Hour Shifts) | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | Monday–Friday with 2–3 required weekends per 6-week scheduling period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III/IV NICU setting
• Manage post-operative patients, including care involving g-tubes and trach/vent management
• Operate and monitor various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Deliver specialized care to critically ill neonatal patients in a comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• NRP certification required (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum of 2 years of total NICU Level III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year in a Level IV NICU
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last 3 years in the submitted specialty
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with post-operative neonatal patients including g-tube and trach/vent care
• Familiarity with multiple modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation in a neonatal population
• Experience in a Level IV NICU or high-acuity pediatric care environment
