Maternal Fetal Medicine Perinatology Opportunity

Sanford Bismarck Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join a rapidly growing practice.

Practice details include:

• 2 MFM physicians, 1 MFM advanced practice provider
• 9 OB/GYN physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
• Dedicated sonographers and genetic counselors
• 26 bed Level IIIB NICU; over 1700 births
• Local pediatric cardiology and neurosurgery services
• Visiting pediatric subspecialties including: neurology, GI, nephrology, endocrinology, and rheumatology

Compensation package includes:

• Annual compensation of $650,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
