Climate-controlled warehouse environment Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off Day shift hours Breakfast and lunch are provided daily Team-oriented culture Safe, clean, and organized workplace What You'll Do Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations Coordinate workflow to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved Monitor inventory movement and inventory accuracy Assist with receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members Support cycle counts and inventory audits Monitor performance metrics and communicate priorities to the team Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Partner with supervisors and managers to resolve operational issuesEnsure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience preferred Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed Ability to operate warehouse equipment after proper training and certification Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Daily Breakfast and Lunch Provided About the Role How you will contribute Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required. Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities. Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications Experience in a Lead role. Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
