Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Float to other units or facilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and competency.

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure with current State license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system with at least 1 year of experience.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to floating requirements.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within specified distance parameters.
