Position details listed below.DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:The CSR will provide support on sales to the company’s executive accounts. Responsibilities include the following:Contact customers regarding order needsProcess orders in the computer systemSupport and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and concernsReview order fill accuracyPrepare/send price and product offer lists for customersCoordinate shipments of Point of Sale material for branded customersCommunicate with sales team as needed based on changesResearch and request needed credits by the customerFollow-up on customer specifications in regard to particular ordersPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementTrack warehouse items to ensure availabilityIdentify, acknowledge, and expedite customer claimsFacilitate prompt resolution to assigned claimsREQUIREMENTS:Graduation from high school or equivalent.Ability to work independently to perform tasksExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in checking information and filingAbility and willingness to work as a part of an accounting team to accomplish organizational tasks and accounting deadlinesWillingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlinesDemonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programsStart your journey towards success, join our family and let's grow together!The position is subject to E-VerifyHarris Ranch Beef Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
