Role Overview A revenue-focused role combining digital customer engagement, post-sale relationship management, and eStore sales execution. This person owns the customer journey after the first touchpoint — converting online interest into closed sales, reactivating dormant accounts, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Online & Digital Engagement Ensure every customer-facing interaction is timely, professional, and on-brand Respond to eStore inquiries and actively close online sales with existing and new customers Follow up on abandoned carts, pending quotes, and web contact form submissions Conduct virtual product presentations and eStore onboarding sessions with resellers Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through every digital interaction Post-Sale Customer Success & Revenue Growth Execute post-purchase check-in calls and emails for all new customers Re-engage dormant accounts through targeted outreach with the goal of reactivating revenue Introduce existing customers to Rental, Design, I&D, and Storage services Own the full eStore sales cycle — from inquiry to order confirmation Accurately estimate and quote customer requests without requiring sales rep involvement Identify and pursue referral, testimonial, and case study opportunities Log all interactions and opportunities in Salesforce consistently and accurately What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills — professional, warm, and persuasive Comfortable closing sales in a digital and online environment Proficiency a plus in Salesforce, WooCommerce, and email marketing tools Digitally savvy with an eye for detail and brand consistency Customer-first mindset with a hunger to hit revenue targets B2B sales, customer success, or account management background preferred Success Metrics Monthly eStore orders closed and revenue generated Dormant accounts reactivated — monthly and yearly count Post-purchase touchpoints completed per new customer Reseller eStore accounts onboarded Service attachment rate — existing customers introduced to Rental, I&D, Design, and Storage Salesforce data accuracy and interaction logging What We Offer Base salary with commission and activity incentives A growing company with real infrastructure and an expanding service model Collaborative team environment with direct impact on revenue and customer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Expand International
