Multi-State Payroll Specialist
Western States CAT
Western States Equipment Company is seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to manage accurate bi-weekly payrolls across five states. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, and collaboration with HR and finance.
You will process hourly and salary time, handle deductions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance while maintaining confidentiality. A strong English communicator with at least three years in payroll is preferred.
