Registered Nurse - Infusion in Sitka, Alaska. Travel - Temporary Assignment. Start date: 09/21/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 3,346 to 3,637 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer infusion therapies and IV medications per orders; monitor patient responses and document in the electronic health record
- Coordinate referrals, tests, and treatments for infusion patients; manage appointment scheduling and communications with referring providers and patients
- Observe and report patient condition and reactions to drugs, treatments, immunizations, and procedures; document findings accurately
- Supervise and guide clinic staff to support efficient infusion patient care flow and resource use
- Initiate and track prior authorizations as needed; maintain IV access devices per guidelines; ensure patient safety during procedures
- Prepare patients for infusion administration, review orders, and collaborate with referring physicians, oncologists, and pharmacy

Requirements
- Current full, unrestricted RN license in Alaska or another U.S. state; Direct Hire must have Alaska license application underway prior to start; Agency staff must hold an active Alaska license
- Must have a current Flu Vaccine
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immunotherapy/chemotherapy specialty medications
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred; prior specialty experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; RN license; Commission Corp Officers meet billet description requirements for an O-2 to an O-3
- Ability to operate IV infusion pumps, monitor cardiac status, and use standard nursing documentation and electronic health record systems
- Ability to work in a high-volume infusion setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
