The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability: Up to $15.40 per hour(Albuquerque, NM area) Up to $17.71per hour (Santa Fe, NM area) Up to $17.82per hour (Oregon - Salem/Eugene) Up to $19.20per hour (Oregon - Portland Metro) Up to $19.56per hour(Washington) 1. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system. Shift Leaders are responsible and accountable for assisting and supporting all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance.
