Senior Landscape Architect

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead conceptual design and planning efforts for landscape architecture projects.
  • Manage projects through all phases, from concept development to construction administration.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documentation and technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and project interviews.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and emerging professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure design quality, project accuracy, and adherence to project objectives.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Professional licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Revit, Rhino, GIS, and Bluebeam is preferred.
  • Strong design capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
