Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to introduce potential candidates to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters to facilitate more in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to continue their engagement and support their hiring journey
• Keep accurate records up to date in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you set up, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads

What You Need to Thrive

Compensation Structure

This role is performance-based and commission-only. That means there are no limits on your earning potential or boundaries on your success.

You will generate income based on the tangible value you create:

• Commission for every qualified meeting scheduled
