Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Aventura at Shiloh Springs | Trotwood, OH

Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment where patient-centered care and clinical excellence are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist residents in achieving their highest level of mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health .

• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.

• Experience with Net Health preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Passion for providing high-quality resident care.
